Tuna Salad Sammy with Greek Yogurt

Serves: 2 
Ingredients:
  • 2 (4oz) cans tuna fish in water 
  • 1/2 small avocado, mashed 
  • 1/3 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp dill relish 
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp red onion, finely chopped 
  • 1 small celery stalk, finely chopped 
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder 
  • 1/4 tsp salt 
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Whole wheat toast, crackers, vegetables etc. 

Directions​
1.) In a medium bowl, stir together the mashed avocado and Greek yogurt until well combined. 
2.) Add all remaining ingredients, stirring well. Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary. If needed, add more Greek yogurt to desired consistency. 
3.) Chill and serve on a sandwich, or with crackers and vegetables.
