Roasted Parmesan Crusted Brussel Sprouts
Serves:
6 - 8
Ingredients
:
1 1/2 lbs brussel sprouts
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper and garlic powder, to taste
Optional garnish: Pomegranate seeds
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Trim base from each brussel sprout and cut in half.
Place sprouts on a baking sheet coated with nonstick spray and toss with olive oil.
Sprinkle bread crumbs, parmesan and seasoning over top, tossing to combine.
Bake 20 - 25 minutes until cooked through and the edges are crispy.
