Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients:
  • 2lbs asparagus, ends trimmed  
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Garlic powder, salt and pepper, to taste 

Directions:​
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray. 
  2. Spread asparagus in an even layer on the cookie sheet. Add oil and seasonings, tossing to combine. 
  3. Bake for 15 - 17 minutes, depending on size of asparagus, turning halfway through. If desired, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
