Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie 

Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup frozen mango 
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • ~1 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 scoop vanilla or mild tasting protein powder of choice
  • Generous sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon 
  • Maple syrup or honey, to taste

Directions:
  1. Blend all ingredients together. Taste and adjust as needed. 

Note: Smoothies are meant to be creative! No need to stick to exact measurements or ingredients; Want a thinner consistency? Add more milk! Want a dash of banana? Go for it!
