Peaches'n Cream(y) Ricotta

Ingredients: 
  • 1 slice bread of choice 
  • 1 ripe peach, thinly sliced
  • Drizzle of honey 
  • 2 Tbsp ricotta
  • Cinnamon, to taste

Directions:
  1. Toast bread to desired level of crunch 
  2. Meanwhile, spray small pan with nonstick spray, or add a dash of butter, heating over medium-high heat. 
  3. Add sliced peaches and cook for several minutes, turning halfway through. Drizzle honey over top and cook for an additional minute until edges are browned. 
  4. Top toasted bread with ricotta, cooked peach, additional honey and cinnamon.
