Overnight Oats

Serves: 1
Ingredients:
  • Standard Base: 
    • ½ cup old fashioned oats
    • ½ cup milk of choice
    • ¼ cup base mix in (yogurt, pumpkin puree, unsweetened applesauce)  
    • 1 T chia seeds
    • 1 T honey, maple syrup or other sweetener of choice
    • Vanilla extract (Optional)
  • Chocolate Pumpkin Pie
    • Oat base with pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and maple syrup. Top with 1 T chocolate chips before eating. 
  • Apple Cinnamon
    • Oat base with applesauce, cinnamon and honey. Top with diced apples and a drizzle of nut butter before eating.
  • Strawberry Banana and Chocolate
    • Oat base with plain Greek yogurt, 1 T cocoa powder and honey. Top with sliced banana and strawberries before eating. 
 
Directions:
1.) Add all base ingredients and variation ingredients of choice to a mason jar. Stir well to combine, hold in refrigerator over night and top with desired add-ins day of chow down.
