Loaded Veggie Wrap
Ingredients:
1 flat out wrap
1 T spicy brown mustard or hummus
1/4 - 1/2 avocado, sliced
1/4 bell pepper, sliced
4 cucumber slices
2 large tomato slices
1 carrot, shaved with potato peeler
Cilantro, to taste
Directions:
Spread mustard or hummus on wrap. Top with avocado, vegetables and cilantro. Roll it up and go!
