Loaded Veggie Wrap 

Ingredients:
  • 1 flat out wrap
  • 1 T spicy brown mustard or hummus
  • 1/4 - 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 cucumber slices
  • 2 large tomato slices 
  • 1 carrot, shaved with potato peeler
  • Cilantro, to taste

Directions:
  1. Spread mustard or hummus on wrap. Top with avocado, vegetables and cilantro. Roll it up and go!​
