1can white beans, black beans or kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2-3 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp tahini
1 Tbsp olive oil
1-2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4tsp cumin
1/4 - 1/2tsp salt, to taste
1 tsp sriracha (optional)
Paprika for sprinkling over top
Serve with: Warm pita bread, crackers and vegetables
Directions:
Add all ingredients through salt to a food processor. Process until smooth. Taste, adjust seasoning as needed and chill. When ready to serve, sprinkle paprika lightly over surface.
