Hummus 

Ingredients: 
  • 1 can white beans, black beans or kidney beans,  drained and rinsed
  • 2-3 Tbsp water
  • 2 Tbsp tahini
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt, to taste
  • ​1 tsp sriracha (optional)
  • Paprika for sprinkling over top
  • Serve with: Warm pita bread, crackers and vegetables

Directions:
  1. Add all ingredients through salt to a food processor. Process until smooth. Taste, adjust seasoning as needed and chill. When ready to serve, sprinkle paprika lightly over surface.
