Hummus Flat Bread

Serves: 1 

Ingredients:
  • 1 whole wheat flat out wrap, mini naan or pita 
  • 1/4 cup hummus of choice 
  • Orange bell pepper 
  • Tomato slices 
  • Red onion 
  • Any additional vegetables of choice
  • Optional: Diced chicken breast
  • Cilantro 
  • Balsamic reduction

Directions​
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Toast the wrap, naan or pita bread to desired level of crunch-heaven (yes, that's the most technical of culinary terms). 
2. Once toasted, top with hummus and other desired toppings. Drizzle with balsamic reduction and chow down.
