Fresh Salsa

Serves: ~4 cups, depending on size of tomatoes
Ingredients:
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 jalapeno (optional for spice)
  • 1/2 red onion 
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • Small bunch of cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder (more to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin (more to taste)
  • Generous sprinkle of salt

Directions
  1. Roughly chop tomatoes, pepper, onion and cilantro.
  2. Add to a food processor, pulse to desired consistency, taste, adjust as needed and devour! ​
