Brown Sugar Salmon 

Ingredients:
  • 4 - 6oz salmon fillets 
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar 
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder 
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper 

Directions:
​
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray. 
  2. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar through black pepper until well-combined. 
  3. Top each piece of salmon with a generous amount of brown sugar mixture. 
  4. Bake for approximately 10 minutes until salmon is cooked through. (Will vary based on thickness)
