Brown Sugar Salmon
Ingredients:
4 - 6oz salmon fillets
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar through black pepper until well-combined.
Top each piece of salmon with a generous amount of brown sugar mixture.
Bake for approximately 10 minutes until salmon is cooked through. (Will vary based on thickness)
